Doodle Book

Inspired by pieces I found in a book on 18th Century embroidery, I've been creating my own designs. Though I intend to use some of them for embroidery, I have also put them to good use in disguising imperfections in the leather cover of this journal. I needed a little book for my doodles, anyway. (My normal sketchbook is (gah!) store-bought. Can you blame me for liking the large sheets of spiral-bound paper and sturdy, hard covers? I make small journals. =) ) I digress...I just didn't want to clog up my normal 'idea' book with pages of little doodles. That book is for BIG doodles.
